ICOPLAST Guha Sushruta Professorship in Plastic Surgery

The Sushruta Professorship in Plastic Surgery was established through the generosity of the Guha family to recognize the lifetime contribution of a distinguished scholar in Plastic Surgery. In Sushruta’s spirit, the awardee’s lifetime contribution is reflected through original research, practice, leadership, and publication in Plastic Surgery in peer reviewed forums.

  • Leadership: to promote the art and science of Plastic Surgery worldwide.
  • Stewardship: teaching and training the next generation of young surgeons and scientists.
