This is a standalone event, National Society Congress or Educational Course of varying duration.
ICOPLAST Endorsement is solely an acknowledgment of the Integrity and quality of the educational activity. Endorsement is not an approval to provide CME accreditation which should be applied for to the appropriate organization in your country.
• The Endorsement is being sought by an ICOPLAST National Society in good standing, and the program content is specifically relevant to plastic surgeons.
• The Program dates do not compete with another members organization in the same region.
• The National Society seeking endorsement provides remuneration upon application.
• The National Society will provide ICOPLAST with an exhibit booth at no charge when exhibits are being hosted. The booth will be staffed by ICOPLAST Staff.
• The National Society seeking endorsement agrees to the proper use of the ICOPLAST name and logo as a sponsor of the meeting, in accordance with the ICOPLAST Marketing Policy.
• Use of the ICOPLAST Logo in your publicity material, on your website and in other program related printed matter.
• Inclusion of your Event on the ICOPLAST Website Calendar with embedded links to your website.
• Inclusion of your Event in ICOPLAST quarterly Newsletter, circulated to 64 ICOPLAST National Society representing more than 21000 plastic surgeons worldwide.
• Promotion of the Event in 2 eblasts, and on our social media channels.
• The application is fully completed and is signed by your ICOPLAST National Delegate.
• The application is returned to us, together with the agree fee a minimum of 3 months in advance of the event.
• The application will be reviewed by the Education Committee and presented to the ICOPLAST Board of Directors for approval.
• In the event that your application for ICOPLAST Endorsement is approved, your fee will be non-refundable, and the ICOPLAST team will provide you with all the agreed support.
• In the even that your application for ICOPLAST Endorsement is not approved, your fee will be refunded to you less an administrative fee of 10%.
